Commercial & Office Movers in Farmers Branch | Senior Moving Company

After-hours and weekend moves for offices, shops, and clinics across the DFW corporate corridors, downtime held to a minimum so staff return fast

A single number measures an office move: the hours the company sits idle. Because sidelined staff cost twice over, the schedule bends to your operation, not to ours. Most of these jobs happen after hours, overnight, or on a weekend, so your team leaves the old suite Friday and arrives at the new one Monday without losing a day of work.

Picture a firm in a Las Colinas high-rise required to open by 8 Monday. The moment Friday evening empties the floor, the crew rolls in, breaks down desks and cubicles, crates the equipment and the records, and carries the whole suite to its new address. Come Sunday the workstations stand reassembled and squared to the new layout, and by Monday morning the staff settle in and sign on. Businesses of every size around the metroplex fall within our reach: a single-room studio, a medical or dental practice, a storefront, and the professional firms scattered through the office and warehouse parks along Valwood and Senlac, downtown Dallas, Addison, and Richardson’s Telecom corridor. We time each step against the loading window because Brenda spent years orchestrating move-ins on precisely that sort of deadline.

Corporate moves and the leased-high-rise checklist

Corporate relocation is what keeps DFW churning, with the headquarters that have planted themselves in Plano and Frisco pulling firms toward and away from the metro, and a leased tower arrives with a checklist we know by heart: proof of insurance, a freight cab held outside business hours, a dock slot, a parking allowance, and a green light from management. Every line is settled before the date, so the crew is never left idling at a darkened bay come midnight. Onto the truck go the reception desk, the filing cabinets, the break room, and the cubicles; each item wears a tag matched to the floor plan; workstations break down and reassemble; machines and networking equipment are crated; and the disconnect-and-reconnect is timed to suit whoever runs your systems. Confidential material, records included, moves tracked and locked the whole route.

What Farmers Branch Neighbors Say

Brookhaven · Yelp
★★★★

“We needed to get Mom out of her Brookhaven two-story and into a single-level patio home, and I was dreading it. The crew took the stairs slow with her hutch and never made her feel rushed. They showed up about half an hour past the window, which threw my morning off a bit, but they called ahead to tell me and made up the time. Would use them again.”

Mercer Crossing · Google
★★★★★

“Brenda walked through Mom's place herself before we ever signed anything, and that put my wife at ease right away. Moving Mom into the retirement community off Mercer Crossing went smooth, the crew had the elevator reserved and everything labeled by room. Honestly the easiest part of a hard month.”

the Historical Park area · Google
★★★★★

“After Dad passed we had to clear out his house near the Historical Park, and I cannot say enough good things. Tanya and her guys were patient with all of us. They helped us set aside the things going to family, boxed up donations separately, and never made the day feel like a job they wanted to rush through. Took two of my brothers and me a week to even decide what to keep, and they worked around all of it. Five stars and then some.”

Service FAQ

Can the move take place outside business hours?

That covers most of our commercial work. We set it for an evening, an overnight, or the weekend, so your people work a normal day and return to an office that is up and running. None of the workday has to be given up.

Will you square away entry, the elevator, and parking at a leased high-rise?

We will. A high-rise downtown or in Las Colinas generally asks for proof of insurance, an after-hours elevator hold, a dock slot, parking, and a nod from management. Each of those is handled ahead of time, so on move night nobody on the crew is turned back at the loading bay.

And the computers along with the rest of the IT?

Machines and networking equipment ride crated and padded, and we set the disconnect-and-reconnect timing with your IT person or vendor. Transport is on us; cabling and power-up stay on your side, so the stack comes back online in the right order.

How do you keep things from going astray during the move?

Every box and item wears a tag mapped to a floor diagram of the new office, so each desk, folder, and furniture piece reaches its assigned spot. Come Monday your people find a ready workstation rather than an unlabeled heap.

Will you handle a medical or dental practice relocation?

Yes, throughout the metroplex. Furniture, charts, and routine gear move on a deliberate, mapped plan; calibrated or regulated items are arranged through your equipment vendor so every warranty and certification stays valid.
